Terms of Service

1. The app

Clockfair is an iPhone app, licensed to you underApple's Standard License Agreementtogether with these terms. Using the app means you accept them.

2. Estimates, not payroll

Clockfair records your hours and estimates your pay before taxes from the rules you enter (rate, overtime, breaks, tips). It is not a payroll service and gives no legal, tax or employment advice. Your employer's records, your contract and the law decide what you are owed. Check your settings and entries before relying on a total.

3. Clockfair Pro

• Pro is a yearly subscription with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that.
• Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until its end.
• Refunds are handled by Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com.
• Features that are free today stay free.

4. Your data

Your data stays on your device, as described in theprivacy policy. Keep a backup (iCloud Backup or the backup file in Settings): we cannot recover data we never had.

5. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by entries, settings or totals you relied on. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

6. Law and contact

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Questions: contact@mlidevstudio.com.
