Clockfair has no account, no ads and no analytics. Your hours, pay and notes stay on your iPhone. We never see them.
Your shifts, breaks, tips, notes, pay settings, name and employer, and paycheck amounts are stored only in the app on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Deleting the app deletes all of its data from your iPhone.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. To check what you have bought, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase history and a random identifier created by the app. This identifier is not linked to your name, email or Apple ID, and it is not used to track you. We use this data only to unlock Pro and to see overall sales figures. RevenueCat's policy:revenuecat.com/privacy. Legal basis under the GDPR: performance of the contract you enter by purchasing.
clockfair.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security, for a short time.
For the purchase record kept by RevenueCat, or for any request under the GDPR or US state privacy laws (access, deletion, objection), write to contact@mlidevstudio.com. You can also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Clockfair is meant for working adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Clockfair is made by Mli Dev Studio, an independent developer based in France. Questions about this policy: contact@mlidevstudio.com. If this policy changes, this page and its date are updated.
